| Fish and Wildlife Service to Publish Positive Finding on Sage Grouse Endangered Species Petition | ||

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced that it will
publish a positive 90-day finding on the petition to protect the
greater sage grouse under the Endangered Species Act. The agency
noted "substantial biological information" in the petition,
indicating that the sage grouse may indeed deserve Endangered
Species Act protection.
